Food that connects people to more.

Who’s Hungry is a planned food-service project designed to support organizations delivering housing, case management, counseling, and long-term support.

We cook. We package. We deliver. Our partners keep the meal connected to services.

01 / THE IDEA

A meal can open a door.

We’re not pulling up, handing out food, taking pictures, and leaving.

Food matters—but food alone cannot provide housing navigation, a caseworker, healthcare, counseling, or a path forward. That’s why Who’s Hungry is designed to work through trusted organizations already doing that deeper work.

The operating model

One contract.
Two strengths.

Who’s Hungry takes full responsibility for professional meal production and delivery. Our partner keeps every meal inside a broader system of support.

01

THE PARTNER

Provides the pathway.

  • Case management
  • Housing navigation
  • Counseling and healthcare connections
  • Employment and long-term support
02

WHO'S HUNGRY

Provides the table.

  • Scratch-cooked meals
  • Safe packaging and hot holding
  • Reliable bulk delivery routes
  • Counts, temperature logs, and reporting
03

THE RESULT

A meal connected to more.

People receive excellent food with dignity—inside an organization equipped to help beyond that day.

02 / THE KITCHEN

The launch setup

Built mobile.
Built to scale.

BUILDING TOWARD1,000

meals per day

A production target—not an inflated opening-day promise.
01

Stationed at the commissary

The food truck serves as the first production kitchen, parked at a commissary with the gas, water, electricity, storage, and support needed to operate.

02

High-output cooking outside

Large burners and one or two grills can handle the heavy bulk cooking while keeping the truck line open for organized finishing and packaging.

03

Finish, seal, count, route

Plating, garnishing, sealing, temperature checks, and final counts happen in the truck—or in the approved outdoor workflow if testing proves that works better.

Start where the contracts start.

Who’s Hungry may not open at 1,000 meals a day. The plan is to launch at the volume the first partners require, prove the workflow, then add labor and equipment without sacrificing quality or safety. The final setup will follow the commissary’s approved operating plan and applicable food-safety requirements.
